Reporting Your Student's Absence

Regular attendance plays an important role in student achievement and contributes to good grades. Absence from school shall be excused only for health reasons and justifiable personal reasons as permitted by law. Parents are strongly encouraged to schedule medical appointments during non-school hours.
 
If your child is absent, please call and leave a message on the attendance line at 916-789-7905 or send the attendance clerk a message using the email field below.
 
Please include the following information in your phone or email message:
  • Student Name
  • Date of Absence
  • Reason for Absence
  • Your Name
  • Your Relationship to the Student
  • A Phone Number Where You Can Be Reached
