8:30 - 8:45: Morning Message, Song & Movement, Calendar  

8:45 - 9:45: Math, Whole Group Learning, Independent Work Time

9:45 - 10:05: Snack Recess  

This is a time to play, eat snack, get drinks and take a bathroom break. Please send in snacks that we can open all by ourselves, put us in clothes and shoes that we can play safely in, and clothes that we are able to undo and put back on without help for personal bathroom breaks.  Snacks must be placed by parents in a small backpack pocket separate from the lunch box.

10:05 - 10:30: Whole Group Learning

10:30 - 11:30: Small Group Instruction, Language Arts, Handwriting, Art

11:30 - 12:10: Lunch Time & Recess

This is a time to play, eat lunch, get drinks and take a bathroom break. Please send lunch items that we can open all by ourselves.

12:10 - 1:00: Themed Read Alouds, Music, Movement, Science and Social Studies

1:00 - 1:30: Plan Do Review

This is a time when students are allowed to free explore within the classroom.  They are often taking what they have studied in class to the next level.

1:30 - 1:40: Cleaning up all by ourselves.  Packing up our backpacks all by ourselves and walking out.  

1:45: Leaving with Our Parents

Dismissal is at 1:45 everyday, even on Mondays. Monday dismissal is at 1:45 for the entire school.  Please plan on the Monday pickup being crowded with the whole school exiting at the same time.

Wednesday dismissal is from the library.
